About CuteF


1. What is CuteF?

CuteF is not just a “diet plan.” It’s a lifestyle coaching program where we focus on food, sleep, walking, and habits. Think of it as having a personal coach, guide, and sometimes a friendly stalker who cares more about your health than you do.


2. Are you a doctor?

Nope. I’m a lifestyle and wellness coach with over 7.3 years of experience. I’ve done nutrition and wellness advisor certifications, studied for thousands of hours, and guided more than 11,000 clients — including doctors and fitness professionals themselves.


3. Are the before‑after photos real?

100% real. No Photoshop, no lighting tricks. These are genuine people who shared their journeys with me. You can even see them in my WhatsApp groups.


4. Do you make medical claims?

No. If you see a client saying their thyroid dose reduced or fatty liver reversed that’s what their doctor told them, not me. I guide lifestyle; doctors handle prescriptions.


5. Why is your brand name CuteF?
Because fitness doesn’t need to be scary. CuteF stands for making health fun, real, and human.


Consultation & Customization


6. Do I get a ready‑made diet chart?

No. You get something better: a lifestyle plan created around YOUR routine, allergies, religion, and preferences.


7. How do I join?
First, we’ll have a proper consultation on Zoom, WhatsApp, or a call. I’ll learn about your daily routine, health, and goals. Then I’ll design a plan that actually fits your life.


8. I hate cucumbers. Will you still make me eat them?

Nope. If you hate cucumbers, we’ll swap them with something else. CuteF is anti‑torture.


9. Do I need fancy ingredients?

Not at all. We work with what’s already in your kitchen. Unless you’re secretly Gordon Ramsay, then maybe.


10. Can I do this if I’m vegetarian, vegan, Jain, or halal?
Yes, of course. We respect food choices, religions, and cultures.


11. What if I travel a lot?
Then you’re perfect for CuteF. We’re the world’s first Travel Diet Plan. We’ll guide you through airports, hotels, restaurants, and road trips.


12. Do you give options for cravings?
Yes. Cravings are natural. I’ll give you healthier swaps (and sometimes say, “Yes, have that chocolate — just not the whole box!”).


Support & Communication


13. How often will you contact me?
Daily. If I could, I’d live in your kitchen — but WhatsApp works fine.


14. What if I ghost you?
Then results will ghost you too. CuteF only works if you stay connected.


15. Do I have to share meal pictures?
Yes. It’s how I know you’re on track. Don’t worry, I don’t judge plating skills.


16. What if I’m on vacation or have a family emergency?
I’m human too. We’ll talk, adjust, and keep things realistic.


17. Why do you message so much?
Because I care. And because sometimes you need that “Hey, don’t skip your walk” reminder.


18. Can I message you at midnight?
If it’s urgent, yes. But if it’s about “Should I eat a ladoo?”, maybe wait till morning.

19. How fast will I lose weight?
Depends. Some lose 3–5 kg in a month, others first see changes in sleep, skin, or energy. We focus on real progress, not magic numbers.


20. Will I always lose weight on the scale?
Not always. Sometimes fat loss and muscle gain balance each other — your clothes get looser even if the scale doesn’t.


21. Can this help with thyroid, PCOS, or diabetes?
Yes, lifestyle changes can help. Many clients see improvements. But medicine decisions? Always your doctor’s call.


22. Can I eat sweets?
Yes — but portion control is the rule. No finishing the entire wedding mithai tray.


23. Why does weight come back after dieting?
Because most diets don’t fix habits. At CuteF, we teach you habits so weight stays off — unless you go back to late‑night pizzas daily.


24. Will I starve?
Never. Starvation is banned in CuteF land. We focus on smart portions, not punishment.


25. Can I drink alcohol?
Yes, but in moderation. And no, vodka soda isn’t a “detox drink.”


26. Do you allow cheat meals?
Yes. But let’s call them “treat meals” — because nothing here is about guilt.


27. I’ve failed other diets. Why will this work?
Because we don’t hand you a chart and disappear. I’m with you daily. That accountability changes everything.


28. Will my belly fat go first?
Sorry, no one chooses where fat leaves from. It’s like asking the waiter for “fat loss only from the tummy.”


29. Can I still eat outside food?
Yes. We’ll teach you how to order smartly without feeling left out.


30. What if I stop seeing results?
We’ll adjust your plan. Plateaus are part of the journey.


Supplements & Safety


31. Do you give fat burners or weight loss pills?
Absolutely not. The only thing CuteF burns is excuses.


32. What supplements do you suggest?

Basics: multivitamins, omega‑3, maybe ashwagandha. That’s it.


33. Is this safe for older adults?

Yes. We adapt everything to age, energy, and health conditions.


34. Can I do this with night shifts?
Yes. Your plan will fit your schedule, even if breakfast is at 3 a.m.


35. Can I follow this if I don’t cook?
Yes. We’ll guide you for ordering food or simple, no‑chef recipes.


36. Is exercise compulsory?
Walking is. Gym? Optional. Unless you love it.


37. Will I have to do keto or intermittent fasting?
No. Unless you request it. We don’t force fads.


38. Will I feel weak or tired?
Not at all. You’ll likely feel more energetic than before.


Pricing & Payments


39. How much does it cost?

There’s no one‑price‑fits‑all. Plans are customized based on goals and the daily involvement you need.


40. Why is my friend paying a different price?

Because no two bodies or routines are the same. Also, I invest different amounts of time in each person.


41. Why are international plans more expensive?
Because of payment gateway charges, taxes, and currency conversions.


42. Do you offer refunds?
No. Coaching is real‑time and personal. You can’t “return” my time, calls, and support.


43. How do I pay?
Via Razorpay, bank transfer, or UPI directly to me (Ankan Aniket).


44. Do you accept payments through agents?
No. Only pay through official CuteF channels.


45. Can I pay in installments?
Sometimes, yes. Depends on the plan and discussion.


Lifestyle & Mindset


46. What if I gain weight after stopping?
Weight returns only if you go back to old habits. Fat cells have memory. CuteF focuses on building lasting habits so this doesn’t happen.


47. Will you yell at me if I cheat?
No. I’ll remind you why you started and help you get back on track. But expect some friendly nagging.


48. Do I need to give up chai?
Never. We’ll adjust it. Life without chai is not life.


49. What if I’m lazy?
Then we’ll start small — maybe with 10 minutes of walking. Progress, not perfection.


50. Can my family join too?

Yes, many families do it together. Makes it fun and easier.


51. Do you visit clients personally?

Yes, I’ve even stayed at clients’ homes, eaten with them, and been treated like family.


52. Are you doing this for money or passion?
